Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of two years of experience in property claims adjusting and/or disputed claim appraisal.
• Demonstrated experience handling residential and/or commercial property claims.
• Working knowledge of the insurance appraisal process, including inspections, estimates, and appraisal awards.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and related estimating practices.
• Ability to distinguish observed physical damage from wear, deterioration, and other unrelated conditions.
• Strong inspection, photographic documentation, and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work professionally with opposing appraisers and umpires.
• Ability to manage assignments independently while meeting Calibrated’s reporting and communication requirements.
• Appropriate professional licensing where required by applicable law.
• Willingness to follow Calibrated’s established procedures and quality standards.
